Virtual Receptionist:

Abstract Industries, LLC, an all inclusive web and internet solutions service provider, is currently seeking candidates for a full time Virtual Receptionist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Virtual Receptionist welcomes and directs callers while maintaining a professional and orderly atmosphere; ensures clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality; utilizes a online-based, multi-line telephone system to answer and direct calls to various departments within Abstract Industries, LLC; performs a variety of general office functions including online filing and scheduling meeting reservations while working together with executives and Client Support Specialists to accomplish team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of previous experience as a virtual receptionist or in an equivalent position. Previous experience with high volume, multi-line phone systems is greatly preferred. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus. Candidate must possess the ability to work effectively as an individual or in a team environment.

Applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and, depending on position requirements, a Department of Defense background investigation.  AA/EOE.


Data Entry Specialist:

Website Designer:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for a talented web designer to add to our team. We offer a friendly, casual, small team, and a work environment high on responsibility and low on politics. 
Work with Creative Director and design/development team to collaboratively solve communication problems for clients, working on a wide range of project types, budgets and timelines.
Create and work from UX deliverables including sitemaps, storyboards, and wireframes as well as creative briefs to create innovative design solutions
Strategize and create easy-to-understand client-facing presentations, both live and static.
Create pixel-optimized design deliverables to hand off to our in-house development team, and collaborate with developers throughout the development cycle.
Update/augment existing designs and websites, creating new layouts and designs that fit with existing standards.
Communicate efficiently with clients when presenting design concepts, describing design decisions and gathering feedback.
Work in a Mac environment using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint  Microsoft Word/Open Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in design, interactive design or related area
Minimum of two (2) years industry experience preferred
A strong portfolio showing a working knowledge of layout, design, typography, web standards, and user experience
Ability to efficiently devise creative solutions to complex problems.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to juggle several projects and deadlines concurrently.
A self-starter who can work under art direction or independently.
Illustration skills a plus.
Print design experience a plus.
HTML/CSS skills a plus.
